I had a truly disappointing experience. Despite making a reservation and paying a considerable amount of money, the restaurant made a very basic mistake that completely ruined my meal.

They forgot to turn on the heating machine, so I had to eat cold food. I personally checked the machine, and it was clearly turned off. When I asked the staff about it, one of them quietly turned it on and lied, saying it had been on but was just weak. Unless someone is completely clueless, it’s impossible not to notice that the heating machine was off.

While everyone else was enjoying warm food, I had to eat mine cold. If they were going to forget something so important, why did they even bother explaining that there would be a heating machine underneath? Why lie instead of simply admitting the mistake?

Later, one of the servers apologized and deducted the price of the fries from my bill — which was less than 10 euros. But I wasn’t upset about the fries. I was upset that my main dish, which cost over 100 euros, was completely ruined. How can a portion of fries make up for that?

If this had been a 20-euro fast food place, I might have let it go. But I didn’t come here for fast food — I came expecting a 200-euro level of service. Their response, especially the lie from the server, was extremely disappointing.

On top of that, I found something that looked like a strand of hair tangled around a king crab leg. When I pulled it out, another server asked what was wrong. I showed them the item on a tissue, saying it came from the crab. The server just said “Ah,” took it away, and came back silently with a new tissue. That was it. Unbelievable.

This was supposed to be a special day, and I chose this place expecting something memorable — and it was, but for all the wrong reasons. I cannot recommend this place to anyone around me, and I expect proper compensation for this...

Seafood Restaurant Review

As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by a waiter. We left our outerwear in a designated area and were immediately seated at a free table. On a Sunday evening, we had no trouble making a reservation just 20–30 minutes in advance, and upon arrival, we noticed that a few tables were still available.

One of the standout features of the restaurant is the built-in food warmers on the tables, which is incredibly convenient since the food stays hot throughout the meal.

Our server was a friendly and professional young woman who explained the menu clearly and concisely, without unnecessary details. She also gave us great recommendations for our group. The table was quickly set, and we were provided with all the necessary “equipment” for eating seafood. Our “modest” order arrived surprisingly fast—a mix of various seafood, including langoustines, shrimp, squid, mussels, potatoes, corn, and more. The dish had a huge variety of ingredients, but since everything was covered in the same sauce and mixed together, the flavors were quite similar.

Additionally, we ordered scallops, which were quite tasty, and cocktails that were absolutely fantastic. In the end, we ate well, drank well, and had a great time. However, there are two downsides: the restroom is very small, and there was noticeable dust near the tables, which was quite unpleasant. Cleanliness is essential, so I have to deduct some point for that.

Overall, a good experience with excellent food and drinks, but some cleanliness issues need...

Walking in, the first thing you notice is the amazing atmosphere. Modern design and beautiful art in all forms. Cool custom neon signs and beautiful lamps provided the perfect lighting and art on the walls livened up the place.

For such a new restaurant they have already perfected service. We never waited long and the food came out within 10 minutes from ordering. A beautiful wine list and a beautiful menu made things very easy.

The concept of the restaurant is something you definitely need to experience, not only was the food good but it was a lot of fun eating it in such a unique way.

The seafood was slightly overcooked and the vegetables quite undercooked, but besides that, all the different flavors were to die for. Things like this will be perfected in no time by such a professional and well mannered staff.

All in all we had an amazing time at Holy crab and when it was time for dessert we were so full we had to share one. Thanks to the amazing waiters, unique and tasty food, and gorgeous atmosphere we WILL...

Best seafood experience I’ve had in Finland! The seafood was incredibly tasty and the toasted garlic bread was perfect. Portions were large, and the staff were very friendly—they explained the concept to us clearly. The atmosphere was also warm and welcoming. Food: We ordered the Holy XXXX with two sauces (Cajun and garlic butter), as recommended, since we were a group of four. The herb bread on the side was top-notch. No knives or forks—everything is eaten by hand, which made the whole experience fun and engaging. They also have built-in food warmers on the tables, which is super convenient as it keeps the food hot throughout the meal. Drinks: The cocktails were unique, with creative mixes involving beer or soju. The portions were generous and there were plenty of options to choose from. We tried their special cocktails—Lychee Gummybear, Crazy Cynar, and Killing Litchi—and all three were excellent. Highly recommended if you're a seafood lover or a die-hard fan of fun, hands-on dining experiences!

Loved this hands-on seafood experience! And it truly is a unique experience. Ordered the Holy Extreme, which was recommended for two people, along with the bread. Overall, a perfect portion for two decently hungry travellers. The flavor was great (got ours with the mukbang sauce) although afterwards we wished we tried the more neutral lemon garlic seasoning with mukbang sauce on the side, as it kind of over-powered the unique flavors from the seafood itself. The price is actually really fair. Being Canadians who frequently visit Alaska for Alaskan king crab, the price was comparable and you get a lot of food. The customer service was friendly and they provided a helpful tutorial to maximize getting the meat out of the various shells. The hot plate in the table really helps keep the food warm as you work your way through it.
