Vibami - Vietnamese Kitchen Kluuvi — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

It has been a while since my last visit to Vibami despite its proximity to our offices. I arrived precisely at 11 o’clock and ordered at the counter, grabbed some water, chopsticks and easily found a free table. Five minutes later the place was already packed. After some 8-10 minutes the food was brought to the table. I had the Mekong tofu, one of the 2-3 vegan options. It was garnished with with sprouts and some small salad leaves. Underneath was nice piece of tofu, well fried on the outside but tender inside. A healthy amount of pock choi and other veggies. They advertise vietnamese baguettes on their menu. The problem is as follows: within past three weeks I have ordered two baguettes four times. Once I actually managed to buy one(!), every other time they "have run out baguettes". In other words they managed to supply 1 baguette out of the 8 I have ordered. Most recently "we have run out of baguettes" five minutes before I wrote this review. Fair enough, they say they have run out of the baguettes politely but enough is enough. I even offered to visit a nearby shop to come back with a baguette they would prepare for me but to no avail. Won't be visiting here again! I ordered the rice noodle salad without peanut - the order arrived to the table, then noticed that the meal was garnished with peanut. I told a waiter who took my order back to the kitchen and a few minutes later arrived back with the same exact plate, just having taken out the peanut this time (you could tell since the placement of the food was exactly the same, down to the sweet potato chips and lime). Keep in mind these foods had touched peanuts. Thankfully I am not that sensitive to peanut but if this had happened to someone who was highly allergic, there could have been serious consequences. I hope the restaurant takes this into account...
