I provided specific details and observations, yet you choose to ignore them and offer explanations that contradict the accounts of both myself and your own employees.
Firstly, your employees have mentioned that the female servers are related to the boss. It is disheartening that you persist in denying this fact, despite multiple sources confirming it. This raises serious doubts about the transparency and integrity of your establishment.
Additionally, I want to emphasize once again that my son understands Finnish well. Therefore, any suggestion that he misinterpreted the waitress's question is baseless. Your attempts to shift the blame onto my son's comprehension only further demonstrate a lack of accountability on your part.
Furthermore, it is deeply concerning to learn that the waitress has exhibited similar bad behavior towards other customers in the past. This not only reflects poorly on her professionalism but also raises questions about the overall quality of service at your restaurant. Consistent negative experiences with the same staff member are indicative of a larger issue that needs to be addressed.

Read moreI recently had a terrible experience at this restaurant and I feel compelled to leave a bad review. My family and I visited this establishment with high hopes for a pleasant dining experience, but we were sorely disappointed.
Upon arrival, we paid for our meals and proceeded to the buffet. However, our 11-year-old son was scolded by the owner of the restaurant, who happened to be the mother, for taking what she deemed as too much food. Excuse me, but as paying customers, shouldn't we be able to choose the amount of food we want to consume? It was incredibly inappropriate and uncalled for.
Let me make it clear that my son has always been responsible with his food choices and finishes everything on his plate. We were shocked and outraged by the owner's comment. Not only did it ruin our dining experience, but it also displayed a complete lack of respect for us as customers.
To add insult to injury, the owner's rude behavior was not an isolated incident. It seemed to be reflective of the overall customer service we received throughout our visit. The staff appeared disinterested and unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome and unappreciated.
However, I must admit that the food itself was decent. Despite the poor customer service, the dishes we ordered were flavorful and adequately prepared. It is unfortunate that the incompetence of the staff and the owner tarnished an otherwise acceptable culinary experience.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against dining at this restaurant due to the appalling customer service we received. The incident involving the owner's unnecessary comment to our son and the overall lack of courtesy from the staff have left a bitter taste in our mouths.
