Pauli's Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

We went there for a dinner and decided to try one cocktail from the menu we hadn’t tried before. It was something with tequila, but instead of a cocktail we basically got a huge tequila shot. The glass had salt on the edges and the cocktail was extremely strong. We both tried one sip and it was not what we thought we ordered. We asked the server is it maybe possible to change it to something safe and classic but the manager told her to just offer us free soda.I mean it was better than nothing but we paid over 14€ for this cocktail so we were pretty disappointed. We also did not receive any cutlery which would have been nice since there was some salad on the side of our fried chicken.

Other that that place was cozy, not too busy and food...

Worst service I have ever gotten in a restaurant even despite it being half-empty. You wait 20 minutes to get the menus, another 20 for someone to take the order (the waiters won't catch your gaze and don't see your hand gestures, so you have to shout). No one brings water for the table even after you've asked for it twice. You have to ask for the bill three times, each time they ask all over again if you'd like desert. No one comes to collect the payment so after waiting for another 20 minutes you leave the cash on the...

Asked for no capers on carpaccio, there were capers on it. Not only that there was enough salt on it to turn a small lake into a small sea. Then there was allot of ground pepper on it. We took 2 bites and send it back. The waitress took it out of the bill. Food was standing under the "heat" lamp for at least 10 minutes before being served out causing pur stakes to be almost cold.

Upside: the staff was nice and the desert (chocolate cake with blueberries jam)...
