Bad service and poor apartment. The apartment had a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom but service says there is not. Customer service very poor, they blame it's guests fault if anything wrong in apartment. One heating was not working. Old building but furniture is modern and that's all. This agency is part of apartment agency but they doesn't care to have a service office for paying guests they has only cafe open sometime and usually closed. It's a pretend. Pretend to work like aparthotel or holiday apartment totally lack of services. Got headache of the sewage smell. Customer service is zero. Had to wait until 4pm until got keys to sewage apartment. No possibility to change. Street next to these apartment is full of bars. Probably only suitable choice for backpackers. It could be better but not with sewage smell and with poor service they has. 10mins walk from central station. Location was prefect short walk to most attractions. 3mins walk to k market supermarket opens till 11pm. Apartment was clean and pleasant. Only issue was the sofa bed in the living room which doesn’t looks like a sofa bed and we have 6 people. We wondered how to accommodate with 2 single beds ,1sofa bed and 1 sofa. Неплохие апартаменты. Жили здесь несколько дней в середине октября 2018 года.

Минусы: Грязновато. Убирают плохо. Холодно (в номере с черным диваном на 6 этаже). Попросили нас переселить. Переселили на 4 этаж в номер с розовым диваном, там тепло, в ванной теплый пол. Вид на внутренний двор.

Плюсы: Близко к центру. Все в пешей доступности. Рядом много дизайнерских магазин с декором для дома. Милый скандинавский интерьер. Большая площадь апартаментов: около 51-55 квадратных метров. Теплый пол в ванной. Посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, чайник, тостер, фен. Большой шкаф. Дружелюбный персонал. Чистый подъезд.

Апартаменты рекомендую. Цена-качество ок. Если читают этот отзыв владельцы апартаментов - прошу убирать номера тщательнее, из-за уборки...
