A pleasurable dining experience. Inari though relatively infant, I felt it had a clear identity and food message. It’s refreshing to experience dishes with Asian (fusion) influences without feeling like you’re having Nordic cuisine with a simplistic addition of some Asian ingredients with a cumbersome execution.
The dishes were not overly complex, but refined, had thought and character. The wine program was concise and service was also attentive, professional yet personable.
I believe it’s well worth it to experience the 9 course option, considering the caliber of the dishes offered, the 90€ price tag is modest.
