Have become a regular customer here! Friendly, motherly owner makes me feel welcome and cared for. My usual is gluten free, rice noodle, Shrimp & Mushroom bowl (Pho). Occasionally add Goyza fried chicken dumplings. Bowls have flavorful broth, they leave you satisfied and energized. The fried side dish is a delicious treat in cold weather. I tend to linger here, enjoying a pot of freshly brewed loose leaf Jasmin Green Tea! The view from the window is to a small park across the street, trams occasionally pass by and people walking. What a lovely experience me and my friend had at this restaurant! After being in the cold for a while we were really excited to get to try well rated pho. We arrived and the lovely owners informed us that they had to leave for urgent appointment but still welcomed us! As the owners had to leave they made us delicious tea and even more delicious pho and we could enjoy it outside. Even though fall evening was little cool the pho and tea warmed us up right away. The owner also wanted us to have the best experience possible so she didn't let us eat from takeout boxes, but gave us the plates and asked us just to leave them outside for later.. The owner of this restaurant is so sweet and nice! I arrived in Helsinki very early and it was particularly cold and wanted to try a hot bowl of Pho in the morning. The lady offered me a cup of tea as I entered and another cup of tea as I left to warm my hands on the way. It was so heartwarming, especially as I was travelling alone, and to come to such a lovely place and have such good Vietnamese food and to feel her warm smile and kindness in Helsinki was something I have not encountered in almost any other country. I hope anyone should come to this warm visit on a cold winter day to try the Vietnamese food, I promise that will make you feel happy all day.
