SHAME HONTE VERGOGNA VERGUENZA

Just arrived in Aix-en-Provence with 3 friends. we decided to stop by and eat at the tacos "fast food" since we wanted to be quick and go out for a walk. We took 20 minutes just to order because everything we were asking for was out of order. After that we waited for more than 2 hours, no exaggerations, to eat, while all the other people coming after us were being slowly served. After one hour the waiter come at us and says that even if we had paid for a big box of fried things half of them were not available anymore. We said : "ok. Just let us eat the rest at least" . Unfortunately that moment never came and the more we got upset the more they invented excuse and lies. The worst came at the end when we asked to by refunded and the waiter said it wasn't possible even if HE messed up with the kitchen. He wasn't in charge and so he couldn't take the responsibility to give us the money back. We waited 30 more minutes without any manager appearing and discussing with all the waiters and the chef. In the end a girl came and told us that we could have get just some of the food, that was cold and different from our initial order. We refused of course but neither in that moment they had the humble to give us the money back. Eventually we just had to go, leave our money and the bad food that we didn't order and didn't want to eat anymore with no refund and above all NO APOLOGIES. SHAME ON YOU. You are a bad spot for tourists coming to visit...

These restaurants don't even deserve one star If you are in aix en Provence and want to get a tacos go somewhere else... We were 3 of us and ordered a tacos at 19 49 and we received the food at 21 10... In this time we could have watched a football game,watched a movie when we realised that we were inside a fast food place. .. We kept asking the poor guy at the till what was happining and where our order had gone...he said(at 8 30 o'clock) that there was a mistake and they were making it straight away.. At 21 10 our order came and there were itemes missing, while we were waiting I've asked for refund but the guy said that as there have already messed up with the orders they couldnt give the refund because that would be a big lost for them... I was shocked.. Eventually a sort of manager came up from the kitchen and she didn't even apologise for the inconvenient and gave us 7 euros back for the box of chicken that came up at 9 25 o'clock...thats a shame really I've worked in a hospitality for 5 years around the world I know that sometime something can go wrong but they didn't have an idea of how to deal with issues... No respect for costumers.. We have been polite and nice... Be aware this...

I went there with my son today as we chanced upon it... French Tacos??? We ordered... it took a bit long to get them - about 15m or so, but they really tasted great! I tried the combination with Cordon Bleu, Boursin and samourai sauce. I couldn't believe how big these things were... i loved that the french fries were lined inside the burrito wrap... it reminded me of a penini but this particular combination was very savory. I would definitely go back and the price was very inexpensive. $17 Euro for 2 orders plus...
