Al'Patat'rie — Restaurant in Amiens

I waited for 20 minutes yesterday and didn't get the menu to choose from. The waiter man kept demonstratively ignoring me, which was very disrespectful. Other customers arriving after me got served within 5 minutes and I was still there waiting for the menu or for any type of service. Every time I said "Monsieur" and called him he just walked by me and didn't even look. Customers sitting next to me also noticed this. Additionally the waitress lady refused to serve me saying it's not her job but the man waiter's job. After waiting for 20 minutes I tried to ask her to call the waiter who was standing next to her but she interrupted me saying "not my problem". I left immediately. I felt very disrespected, I never had anything similar anywhere. I don't recommend this place to anyone, it's not worth the time. My mood was after this spoiled for the whole day. If I knew I will experience this type of treatment I wouldn't even waste my time going there. Very disrespectful. This is not how customers should be treated! If I knew this is how it will be I would just record the rude waiter and waitress and later on send it to the restaurant management so they see...

Do not come to this restaurant by any means. The staff is kind and attentive but the food is actually horrendous i wonder if they pulled out the food from the dumpster.

As you can see in the image I ordered the butchers potato which has steak and a potato. It took me twenty minutes to take a singular bite from the steak and I chewed for eternity and eventually spit it out because 30 minutes had already passed of just chewing. Decided to skip the steak and took a bite of my creme brûlée, the creme brûlée was hot, so it was clearly sitting out all day. Was also given a starter salad which had dressing all over it, that resembled throw up so I couldn’t take a bite. DO NOT COME HERE. IT IS DISGUSTING. I AM...

The oddest restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. The location by the river was great but the menu was something else! Basically it’s baked potatoes with toppings, but not your typical toppings of chilli or tuna, but chicken or smoked salmon and other. Whatever you chose came with a salad and sauce and a small dessert, 2 of us got strawberries and crème fraiche but the other got a kind of crème brûlée, no choice. It was edible but not the tastiest meal, I couldn’t finish mine as I had 2 potatoes piled with cheese and ham. So if you love plain food and potatoes then you will love it but I wish we had picked somewhere else, there’s loads of options...
