Sushi Burn — Restaurant in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

I should have known when we walked up to the restaurant on a Friday night with no one there that this place was not going to live up to the rating…while the service was friendly I wish they would have told me that unless you are ordering the from the chef’s menu all the sushi burn preparations are the exact same. If you see in the pic all the sushi on this plate has the same sickly sweet sauce and crunchy toppings despite the fact that there were 2 different meats and 2 different fishes (tuna was of poor quality). Nothing tasted very good and we were happy to leave despite still being hungry. Left to go eat somewhere else. Maybe the chef’s menu is better but the other food options lack any balance of tastes.

In response to the owner’s reply he must have me confused with someone else since we didn’t request any special table. They were all completely open because no one was there!! And not sure how you can determine if I enjoyed the food or not. I know what I enjoyed and it wasn’t...

We (3 People) found the place because it was the only sushi place open saturday at 14:30. It is hard to find and we only found it after 5 minutes walking the place.

It's a recently build restaurant (they still have to change some minor things) with very nice owners and very good and motivated personal, that casually makes one of the best sushis i've tasted. Owner invited us to a delicius sushi with Foie and beef with sauce imported from Thailand. Prices are for the quality they offer VERY low (ca. 60e for 3 Persons without dessert). It's one of the few restaurant i've saved in Favourites and we'll definetly visit again when we come back from Freiburg.

If i have to find hardly a bad point as a constructive critique, i say that the restaurant could be visually more plaeasing considering it's very good Products that they are offering, and the Toilet could be generally better , but as i said the place it's still not finished and is going in the...

We recently had the pleasure of visiting SUSHI BURN 🔥🍣 restaurant and we loved it! The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we felt looked after. They were always willing to answer our questions and gave us helpful recommendations for our sushi and other dish choices.

Now for the food - the quality of the food at Sushi Burn was simply excellent 👌🏼. The sushi were fresh, artfully presented and deliciously flavored. The selection of sushi and other Japanese specialties was varied and there was something to suit every taste. SUSHI LEVEL UP! 💪🏼🤤

Another plus was the value for money. The prices were reasonable and absolutely justified for the quality offered.

Overall we had a wonderful experience at SUSHI BURN. The restaurant offers a nice ambience, friendly service and delicious food at fair prices. Can't wait to dine there...
