UFA of burger — Restaurant in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

This is a kebab shop pretending to be a boutique burger joint. The prices to not justify the quality or experience.

Their burger seems to be of Fast Food chain or frozen food quality, at best. The sauce was OK. The salad is wilted and tasteless. The bun is average. The bacon was disgusting and under cooked. The fries were terrible, could not eat them. Value for money = 2 out of 5.

Update: My comments are strictly related to the food and the low quality of the ingredients used, as in all of my other publicly available reviews, and any other factors related to this visit do not impact the description of my experience. Friendly staff and a cool atmosphere with great music. The prices are really fair: around 10€ for a burger with fries! Unfortunately the patty on the burger was a little dry. I think the patty-meat-mixture might be too lean and should probably include more fat to make it more juicy. The option to order a medium rare burger patty would be great as well. Other than that the burger was really good and the fries absolutely yummy. No alcoholic beverages on the menu so don't expect a beer with your burger. But the variety of non alcoholic beverages makes up for it. Definitely worth a visit when...

Cool hip burger restaurant just outside of the main town centre area in Colmar with a decent-sized varied menu of burgers and salads. Amazing value for money compared to other places nearby, we were about €13 average for a burger and fries, and all burgers have the option to swap out the beef / chicken for vegan potato rostis (if anything this makes the burgers a bit too big but that's a nice problem to have!)
