Vegan review: One vegan savory flammekuech, with mushrooms, onions, vegan cream and lardons végétaux. Overall it was nice, the lardons were tasty and smoky (which probably make it feel similar to the original) and the soy cream was good, but there was indeed too little of this cream and some parts of the dish felt too dry because of it. More cream would definitely improve the dish, as well some more ingredients (vegetables and sauces) to make it richer. Regarding dessert, even though the menu mentions that it can be made vegan on demand, I could only get a flammekuech with apples or banana and a bit of sugar, which was again nice but lackluster. After I had ordered, I was told that the chocolate and ice creams (which were supposed to be on top) contain dairy. Also, I was still charged the full dish price which was a bit disappointing.

It was an OK restaurant but quite limited in the menu choices - which we kinda knew but the flans were a bit thin. And they could be a bit more adventurous with their green salad which was just a bowl of salad leaves with a slice of onion somewhere. I would also coment that although our service was quick and we had nothing to complain about, one waitress didn’t seem enough for the size of the establishment. The value of the meal was sufficent though. Also, the men’s urinals were "open" so that any females walking past were within 1M while they were in use! This is not acceptable in any restaurant IMO.

Great and modern restaurant with a cosy vibe. They seem to be low on staff so wouldn't recommend going here overly hungry on a busy evening. We went there at 18:15hr and had great service. Customers around 19hr had to wait around 10 mins before being served. Food is great and high quality! Great wines as well. Would recommend going here if you visit Dijon. English menu available.
