Bouillon Citadelle — Restaurant in Draguignan

Horrible Service. They expect you to have a full 3 course meal if you Even think about taking a Seat here. Few people of our group of 5 Didnt want to have food, so they asked them to leave!!!! Our friends had to LEAVE! And stand on the other side of the Street!! this is the worst experience ive had in this amazing town with many beautiful restaurants.

EDIT: the restaurants horrible attitude in response to my review and experience is an example of how not to run a restaurant Or how not to do customer Service. As a matter of fact, 3 people ordered food, when they desperately wanted 1 table back (despite the restaurant being half empty) we gave it and our friend left. If our group was just 3 people we would have taken the same amount of tables (2 tables of 2, as you cannot split a table of 2 into 1). Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish.

We came in as a group of 8, and instead of treating us like an inconvenience (like some places do), the staff went out of their way to rearrange tables and make sure we were all seated comfortably together—without us even asking. That kind of effort really stood out straight away.

The service was top-tier: friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member we interacted with was polite, helpful, and clearly cared about making sure we had a great time.

The food? Unreal. Every single dish was packed with flavour, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Not one bad plate among the eight of us. Drinks were spot-on too, and everything came out at just the right pace.

Clean bathrooms, great atmosphere, and not a single complaint from anyone in our group. That never happens.
