Fervor - Cannes — Restaurant in Grasse

Very nice people, very nice decor. The servers were friendly. They were also very accomodating by allowing us to switch our dish. ...but we did have to switch the dish. We got Asado de Tira, and honestly it did not smell good. Combine that with being cooked very raw, it really did not give you an inclination to eat it. Instead we got the chicken skewer which was dry and served with a peanut sauce that just tasted like chicken in peanut butter. The salad had no dressing. At least it felt healthy. What is even weirded was the entree. We got the Chicarron de Pollo which we are pretty sure is misspelled. Unless Argentinians have a different spelling... but maybe it was French people trying to come up with a Hispanic sounding dish name? It tasted very bland and it was served with a sauce that in theory sounded amazing (spicy guava!) but in reality tasted equally bland. It all just felt like it...
