Food and fine details such as the tableware, the cute director’s chair with Hollywood star names tagged are all fantastic.

The service being described terrible is an understatement. It’s nonexistent.

Given it’s a hot day, I understand the servers will find it hard to smile. The uniforms are cute and all well groomed, the servers just looked miserable and unhappy with an attitude to match. The chilled tiramisu WAS WARM WHEN IT CAME. We didn’t understand why it was called chilled tiramisu.

We were not provided additional water because it’s just too damn hot in the afternoon. We already ordered flat water and we added another small one with some ice, which were given, but they just couldn’t take a hint that we are not feeling comfortable with the heat and just no “would you like some more moist towels or a fan?”, “let me get your table something more to drink”or “would you like to be transferred inside”. Service is slow despite being 40% capacity… the icing on the cake was when I gave back my drinking glass that had a crack on the rim, the server took it, but had not replaced immediately. My husband had to request another glass and the server just got snarky for giving me another glass.

The atmosphere was fantastic, music was giving vibes. Restrooms clean and fully equipped. I just can’t ignore how terrible the service had been despite enjoying the food and...

We were staying in the hotel and still you need to pay for the beds and quite a bit. We had to wait a bit till where helpt then were brought to our beds. We got one towel each. And ask right away for a parasol the girl sad yes and walk away to never return with one. We had to wait for someone else to walk past which took a while because there were all very busy. We got the parasols and started relaxing. The bed are really nice ! But after a swim I found out that everyone had two towels each except us. Then we ordered some food which is very expensive and the Cesar salad 34,- where expecting a good bowl of salad nothing of that 3 half crops of sla and some chicken. Food was good but we missed one set of cutlery and asked for it. No apologies that it was missing and almost annoyed that they needed to get it. Food was tasty. Again after some looking around we were seeing that everyone who orders food was getting an additional table where the food would be served on we got it on our small table between the sun-beds. Overall I got the feeling that two young girls (not rich looking) didn’t get the attention everyone else was getting I left with a...

Disappointing beach access for hotel guests We stayed at the Martinez Hotel in Cannes expecting to enjoy the beach with sunbeds, especially since our stay was only for four days. At check-in, the reception informed us that no advance reservation was needed for sunbeds. However, to our surprise, there were no available sunbeds for our entire stay. What was even more frustrating is that many of the sunbeds remained empty for hours without anyone showing up. It’s disappointing that a hotel of this level can’t manage its beach access better for its own guests. The current reservation system is inefficient and unfair — there should be a clear policy where if someone doesn’t show up within 20 minutes, their booking is cancelled or charged, and the sunbed is released. Reserving just to collect payment without considering the rest of the guests is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the beachside restaurant service was also very poor. Unless the beach management improves significantly, I won’t be staying at this...

I've had a nice dinner with a group of friends here. The location is very nice, I liked it. The menu offers a good choice of plates. I had the vitello focaccia and the veal parmigiana, both of them were very good. Specifically the veal parmigiana was super tender and perfectly cooked. As a dessert I had an ille flottant whic unfortunately was not an ille flottant (photo). The service was a bit distracted sometimes (they started serving the second dish to a friend but they did not take away the empty place of the first dish...). Overall a good experience!

It's like a holiday within the holiday and one of the best value for money in Cannes' beach. Directly on the beach, enjoy the combination of sophistication and Provencal Grandma's specials : Tomate farcie (meetball tomato) Spag Lobster, parmigiana veal...This restaurant benefits from the advice of Jean Imbert, one of the most talented, young Chef in France. In summer, better come for dinner and watch the lights of the bay coming up one by one. Surprisingly it's not that expensive, 100 per head with drinks, and desserts.
