CHANEL — Local services in Grasse

I bought shoes here. The service from the consultants was good, but my mood was ruined by the mature woman who accepted payment for the goods. I wanted to pay by card, but she didn't see the name on my bank card and refused to purchase. I have a respectable European appearance and am dressed expensively enough to raise suspicions that I could be a thief. I needed shoes that same day for the evening, so I had to waste my time and go withdraw money from an ATM to buy the goods. The funniest thing is that we tourists with money fly to France and buy these expensive goods, but we can't fully wear them on the street - because you can get robbed on the main street of Cannes just in broad daylight. It's the bottom of the French mentality to show such disrespect for wealthy clients. This angered me so much that I wanted to make the lady at the checkout eat my cash. Don't go overboard, dear sellers. If you don't enjoy your work, stay at home...

Oh after reading the reviews, why oh why am I surprised by the sorriest and most miserable service levels here at Chanel Cannes. It’s by far, the worst and snootiest service I’ve ever received at Chanel around the world, and yes, as mentioned by many other reviewers here, there is an obvious profiling done the moment you step into the store. lol at these miserably trained sales staff. We are in 2022, surely one doesn’t need to be decked out like he/she can afford luxury items to be shopping in a luxury store.

Take your money to other Chanel stores. Consumers deserve better service and attitude for the money they pay. And if you do, make sure you look the part of the profile they are looking for....

It was the worst Chanel experience I had !!!!!!!!Especially with the old woman SA !!!!! She was sooo soooo rude!!!!!! , never want to help !! What ever i ask her she seems like ( doesn't want to answer) ! the shop waaas empty not a single buyer at the that timing !!!! Unfortunately Her attitude was very condescending and she looked at me, my clothes and my appearance!!! Are we rated by dress now ?!!!!!! And i have been a loyal client of Chanel for over 15 years!!! Please learn from Paris and Dubai boutiques , they are way better than u ,!!Show some respect to the ppl and don't judge by the look !!!! And get some lessons how to handle ppl requests !
