This restaurant was a mixed experience. Or let's a good culinary one with some irritants. And hopefully, we were unlucky because I want to like this place.
The good: the food! Tasty broth, generous portions, nice unfiltered sake, first dorayaki experience (after watching the amazing movie Sweet Bean).
The bad: poorly isolated/cold next to door and windows, constant delivery guys keeping the door open didn't help, very loud beep coming from the kitchen every 5 minutes or so, waitress impaired by an approximative French, loud discussion between waitress and kitchen that was sometimes a problem to understand the person in front of me.

Read moreCentrally located yet easy to miss. Came a few minutes before opening and were allowed to sit already inside as it was quite chilly. It's a small place and withing by time we got our food, which was quite quickly, all tables in and outside where full with several people who had ordered food for pickup waiting for their orders so allow yourself some time to eat here and plan accordingly. The food itself was very good in its selection and taste. I had company and we tried 3 differently dishes, none of which disappointed us. I'd live to come back next time...
Read morePortions contain mostly just nudles. The taste is very simple, nothing special. Here is a big noise from the kitchen all the time, especially from some machine. Waiters don't clean table, I had tailers ready to clean in front of me for 10+ minutes until I went to pay. They don't bring bill, I had to go somewhere to the end of restaurant to pay at the desk.
