Terrible service. Came in before dinner to try gelato for dessert afterwards, and the staff were unbelievably rude. After asking for a second sample, the man working walked to the other side of the counter to grab a spoon, and sighed, obviously irritated, as if it is not his job. He then continued to whisper into the woman workers ear, and she began staring at my friend and I, with a disgusted look on her face. I had a 6 year old child that urgently had to pee. I walked into this ice salon and thought it would be a no-brainer but out of courtesy I asked if my child could use the bathroom. To my surprise this was denied by the man behind the counter, only if would take a consumption.

For adults I can imagine such a policy, but towards kids? Vibe check failed. Come on, do better!!
