I regret to say that my recent dining experience at Baretto was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we were seated, it became evident that the establishment had major service issues. We waited an excruciating 30 minutes just to receive water, and unfortunately, the slow service persisted throughout the evening.
To compound matters, our cocktails were incorrect, and it took a staggering 75 minutes for all our food to finally arrive at the table. Even more baffling was the fact that three members of our party had to wait an additional 30-minutes for their main courses after the rest of us had been served.
Adding insult to injury, the waitress seemed to have a knack for constantly bumping into our table, which only added to the overall sense of frustration. This was without a doubt, the worst service I have ever encountered. We found ourselves constantly having to chase down our server for even the most basic requests, and even paying the bill turned into a drawn-out ordeal that took an additional 20 minutes.
In hindsight, we should have heeded the warning signs and left when nobody bothered to take our order for a staggering 25 minutes. It’s truly baffling to comprehend how a restaurant with such abysmal service manages to maintain any positive reviews. Overall, this was far from an enjoyable experience, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant dining...

Firstly they couldn’t find our reservation even though I was asked to confirm it. Then when our waiter was taking our drinks order, he was told to go out on the terrace, he apologised that he had to go and we then waited for 20 mins for another person to take our order. The owner proceeded to call me the next day (likely paid for an international call) and told me it was not "cool" to cancel and that he turned other away because if it.
