The first time I thought the person waiting on me was just having a bad day, but today all three people on duty acted like it was an inconvenience to sell me an over-priced croissant (that was inferior in quality to one I could buy day-old at LiDL), and a luke warm cappuccino.I even had to ask for sugar, and was given one packet, when I requested a second, I was treated with indignity. Their behavior made me feel like I was a beggar off the street who was asking them for a free meal. Really terrible service. Read moreEvery time I go to that place to shop afternoons in front of the cashier there is a homeless lady with a plastic cup asking for money. Every time she is there. This is not nice for the customers. People want to buy, not seeing misery in front of them. Homeless people in Paris get good social aid. There is no reason for that lady to earn a salary by begging inside the shop. Every time you go to pay for something you bought she is half meter from the cashier holding a plastic cap in front of you, hoping you give her charity. It is the lady cashier that allows that. I've lived in France for 30 years and know the difference from fresh to that from yesterday kept in a box overnight. Not flakey and crispy on the outside as even fresh croissants from Lidl for 35 cents taste. Pass by here. The young woman are alright but owner very disagreeable...
