AVOID!! Visited from the UK right away we got attitude for not speaking French. We agreed to a certain price for bottle service went inside they could not provide basic things like straws or limes for our tequila. Then our bottle went missing I asked the host and he said it’s our job to watch the bottle not his. They asked us to pay the bill and realized they charged us over 3 times the amount we agreed and said it was a service charge.. A service charge that costs way more than the bottle itself and what service?? We didn’t even have a waitress we had to pour our own drinks the whole night. So since we got over charged we requested more bottles and they proceeded to kick us out aggressively without allowing us to speak to the manager. Horrible club who will rob you and kick you out when you complain about not getting what you paid for. There is more than one review like this because...

This venue is under the northeast side of the bridge, with the line typically starting above the right-hand side of the bridge. I arrived at 1:30am, and was in line until 2:45am before entering. I attended the Agents of Time / Âme live / Yet More show put on by Haiku. I was nervous to come here after reading the negative reviews; my experience was great, however. I didn’t drink, but I purchased the pricy water (€8). Bar staff was very friendly, security was reasonable, and I felt very safe. Even the bathroom was well organized by staff so the line kept moving. The vibes were great - a good mixed crowd in terms of age and locals + visitors. Room to dance, or to move to the front. The lights were fantastic. The only thing I didn’t like were the a**holes who cut the line, and the glass beer bottles on the floor (none were broken during my visit fortunately). Solid place...

Scam of the century! I should have read/believed the reviews before going. Booked a tabled way head of time. Confirmed the table and the price multiple times. Even confirmed before walking in and paying!! Picked bottles before even walking in. They walked us in. No table at all was available. They tried to give us a table with was not even comparable to our table yet keeping the order the same. We asked for a compromise, or refund. They refused. Even though they agreed that they messed up. They fished us along for 2 hours! At that point we just wanted to leave. They did not refund us. We didn’t drink a sip of alcohol and proceeded to argue with us and did not refund us. Beware! Don’t pay for any table or bottle. Send some to sit at the table before they charge...
