Café 1902 — Restaurant in Paris

So I visited this café today (22th dec) with my girlfriend, and while the setting was very charming and in line with the museum, we left with a bitter taste, as we had high expectations… The coffee itself we had after eating tasted good, but the whole lunch experience didn’t go so well for us. It’s started with the order - the person who handled it was too nonchalant and totally unable to communicate - a basic expectation in a such area, so for us non-French speakers it was more challenging and she looked bothered and aggravated... And this led to mistakes with our orders, my girlfriend did not get what she wanted but she was too shy to go complain about it, especially with the affluence… The meals were far below our expectations - I want to make clear that we didn’t expect 5stars food, but for the price, we expected something more decent from such a place. The positive aspect is the terrace facing the garden, it is very peaceful, and if you ever go there I would recommend to sit outside, it’s far more calm, - content yourself with a drink and if you want to fancy yourself, go...

This place has a good view and you can take some old money pictures but thats it.Its better to avoit it as french people are very racist and the service was the worst.I had to stay on the line to order something while instead of that they could offer another solution instead of staying on the line for 30 min I was starving.The next following minutes I had to wait for my lunch for 40 minutes and had to chase it while staying outside in those cold metal chairs without a pillow supporter.There is no ac outside ,it was cold and they could offer for example gas heaters outside.The lund had no salt it came cold and they did not clean the table.SERVICE IS THE WORST!Paying 55€ for a trash service and eating in cold lile suffering.Come on I went there...

I am not the one to leave reviews, but this is completely unacceptable and the establishment must be aware of what type of employees they are employing, especially at one of the top tourist attractions. I was having the best time in Paris and visiting the petit palais garden was on my bucket list. The food was amazing, but because of the customer service, my perspective of this place has changed very dramatically. We asked if they had ice coffee and they confirmed that they had ice but with an unpleasant/disrespectful tone. After the order, we made multiple requests for ice. There was definitely racial profiling and discriminating towards me. Waitress did not want to acknowledge us and continue to ignore us along with...
