I've eaten here twice, and had excellent experiences on both occasions. If you live in Paris long enough, you come to realize that there's not a whole lot of difference between the menus at traditional cafés. In the end, it comes down to service, quality and price of the food, and the terrace.
Le Premier is excellent on all these counts. I love the service here. Both guys who handle the tables are polite, friendly and attentive. There's no side order of attitude.
