Chez Betty — Restaurant in Paris

I wish I could give this place six stars. It’s one of my favourite spots in Paris. The owner is kind and likes to chat. They have excellent live music, and the menu is fantastic.

Something that sets this place apart: I saw live music here one night, and the way they treated the artists says a lot about the place. The owners were kind and supportive. They passed the hat and encouraged people to give what they could to support the musicians. Then, after the performance, they stayed and chatted with the artists for a few hours and fed them an amazing three-course meal along with some excellent wine.
