Wife and I are on our honeymoon and were searching for escargot- couldn't find anything that wasn't packed and went to the unassuming seafood spot downstairs from out hotel (hotel Rochechouart) that we'd been eyeing since we got to Paris on Saturday morning. We got oysters that the head chef perfectly described (way better than the blue point and Wellfleet oysters we usually get back in NYC)- eat them in the order he asks you to- you'll be happy. We tried the ceviche and it was honestly not far off from the Michelin spot we had for lunch or the Bib Gourmand spot we had for dinner the night before. Seriously amazing- and SUPER affordable. Highly recommend this spot- on top of the delicious (and beautiful) food, the chef is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and generally cool- will definitely be back here next time I'm in Paris- wife...

Next time in Paris, this place will definitely...
