Indiana Café - Richelieu Drouot — Restaurant in Paris

We had to wait quite the long time to even be able to order, even though the restaurant wasn't close to filled. The personnel seemed overstrained and extremely stressed out. Most of the time there wasn't even a server in sight. People around us didn't get served either and were ignored when asking for the bill. After we ordered it took them over 30 minutes to even just bring us our drinks. When we got our food we didn't get any cutlery for around 5 minutes. The only person around was the manager who was running around like crazy setting up new tables. Since she had cutlery in her hand and our food was now getting cold we tried to ask her. After being ignored we asked her to come over quite annoyed. Instead of giving us cutlery she yelled at us through the whole restaurant and walked away. The manager treated not only us but the only nice waiter with complete disrespect. We would like to point out that the food was good and the one waiter who had his second day there made up...

There was a hair in our mozzarella sticks. We tell the waitress, who takes the plate away. Back comes the manager, angry, with our plate and gives it back to us, saying something in French which we didn't understand. We didn't get our drinks until after we almost finished our starters. And it was just some water and a cola. Nothing fancy. The burger didn't taste anything like beef. Maybe the meat was way expired, or it was something else than beef. Of course we ended up paying for the mozzarella sticks, even if there was a hair. I wouldn't recommend this...

We went there during a lunch break, the girl who serves took the order wrong when asked an explanation, she became agotated and rude... Then changed the dish with correct proportions but we already run out of our lunch break. When we said we would not eat she went frantic. Yelling in French saying constantly to her peers who try to calm her "do not calm me down". I have not seen any waiter went so frantic in my life clearly she has issues... The food is not worth to deal with...
