Kebab de Bercy — Restaurant in Paris

Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant or fast food establishment. This is my first time writing a review but after being abused and what felt like robbed I had to. We went here whilst waiting for a flixbus despite the already poor reviews here, but sometimes they are unfortunately accurate. My girlfriend is vegetarian so we ordered a falafel kebab, but she took a bite and it was a meat kebab. Honest mistake, considering the language barrier or so we thought, I went to the counter to explain, and I was abused by the old man serving as he yelled at me that I had in fact ordered the meat one. He started to aggressively point and shout, my girlfriend attempted to intervene and support the fact that I had ordered falafel but he yelled at her too. The two young guys working looked to scared to defend the customer from what appeared to be there crazy, old boss. So after spending too much for the quality of the food, my girlfriend had to quickly get a sandwich from another place, while I had a subpar kebab for the bus

This place is superb! Don’t let its small size fool you—the food is excellent and offers incredible value for the price. The portions are generous, especially for someone like me. The staff are exceptionally friendly and switch to English as soon as they realize you're not a local and cannot speak French. Alors comment par ou commencer : Le personnel ne donne même pas envie de manger ni même boire une boisson gazeuse ou autre, personnel pas du tout accueillant ni souriant et encore moins en heure de pointe ou l'on dirait des machines qui sont à la encaisser leur argent. Prise de commande : conseille ne vous tromper pas sinon ils vous embrouilles ! Sa peut arriver à tout le monde de faire une erreur de commande mais pour eux c'est qql chose à ne pas faire bref .... Le personnel est "sympas" à la fin de leur service(Ironie). Lamentable ils ne savent pas gérer leur stresse ou service ! Niveau gout ça va c'est pas le meilleur ni le pire même si défois leur frite pourrai être moins l'huilleuse mais c'est bon pour la quantité qu'ils mettent ou leur cordon bleu ou escalope de dinde avoir un meilleur goût ... et rapport qualité prix c'est correct pour l'endroit où ils sont situé.
