As I strolled past the newly unveiled restaurant situated just across from my hotel, curiosity pulled me inside. To my delight, I was welcomed by the owner who happened to be a single woman, an empowered woman! 🙌🏼

Everything on the menu looked yummy, but I opted for the stewed beef with white rice, my order arrived quickly, revealing a culinary masterpiece. The meat, exquisitely tender and flavorful, paired harmoniously with the fresh and delectable bed of rice.
