DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT FRENCH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
As you will have seen a lot of very negative posts from non-French people below. This club is CORRUPTED and ALL staff are on it. We were PHYSICALLY ABUSED , lost an expensive handbag, an iPhone and were forced to pay for things we did not consume. WE LOST 3,000 EURO.
Hereâs our story: Went out on Friday , were offered a free drink. Turns out the drink was spiked. My girlfriend goes to the toilets. A random guy comes to me and I was forced (under drug influence at that point) to go to the kitchen(!) were I was forced by the bouncers and the random guy to pay for drinks I did not consume. I come back to the main room, my girlfriend had âlostâ her bag and we were pushed out of the club. My card also had disappeared ( again I was under the drugs influence so did not realise). When we recovered for a few minutes, we tried to come Back into the club to reclaim the bag and phone and were hit by the bouncer at the entrance who stopped us going back in to check!! My girlfriend was hit to the head by the bouncer. Under the drugs influence itâs difficult to respond so we decided to give up as they were getting very aggressive.
Unfortunately for the club, although we are not living in France , we have family high up in the police in Paris. So we know where the phone is being resold , âLebara Cyber Clichyâ ( Clichy, surprise surprise!!) . The police is tracking and will descend on this dodgy shop soon. We also know where the bag is being resold (undetectable tracker). Again police on the case. The club bouncers, bartenders and managers which clearly are all on it from spiking the drinks to forcing payments and stealing, will be interrogated next week with a lot of evidence to answer ( my family contact is not going to let this one go as it is not the first time they get reports on this place).
DO NOT TOUCH THIS PLACE,...
Read moreOkay, I'll tell you what this place is really like. My friend is Russian and she wanted to go here so we did. We arrived at about 2am on a Friday night, there wasn't a long queue. The bouncers seemed to be having a fight with two American girls about being too drunk, then they turned to us. I was wearing a low cut top and black trousers, and my friend was wearing a strappy pink satin dress. My friend is absolutely beautiful so she went first, they took one look up and down and waved us through, and checked our IDs twice. We went in and immediately there were loads of pretty girls dressed very smartly inside - kinda felt judged. The main area was filled with men with bottles of vodka or champagne and girls filming on their phones. Didn't pay for a single drink the whole night because men kept buying them. Some of the men were lovely and just wanted to chat and dance but a few men were really creepy and kept harassing us and touching our bodies (and trying to get us to kiss each other). I really liked the music, it was mainly commercial English speaking music mixed with house and trance and stuff like that. It was a really weird experience, and I've never seen anything like it. People were spending so much money on one bottle of wine and then just spilling it everywhere. If that's your thing, go for it. It was a fun night but personally I prefer a dive bar...
Read moreTargeted to a US public, nice club, but mostly hyped as most clubs in the Arc de Triomphe . I arrived early and I was already in the guestlist, so access was quite easy. Dress code wise, I was just wearing chinos and half zipped sweater so I guess the chic and elegant tag is just an excuse to turn people down.
Music was a mix of reggaeton with what is trending in American clubs at the moment. As the night progressed, there was clear women-men ratio with the profile being slim white blondes in friend groups (most happened to be American)
They have a « VIP » section, which is basically just an extra tariff on half of the already not so spacious club for exclusivitĂ©(I guess it works out when celebrities come) Overall nice ambiance, good deco, not that crowded (the best aspect), very touristy and not so justified hype (sadly they donât have a smoking area which degraded the quality ). I left after just 2hrs, bref, the main experience is posting it insta rather than the clubbing itself, if that is what you are looking for I guess is a go-to (better than Duplex, falls short to...
