SLOW SLOW SLOW, THE SERVICE IS VERY SLOW. The slowest restaurant in the world, it is very slow that the table beside us asked for the check before we entered the restaurant and didn't receive it until we finish ordering our food, and it took us 20 min just to change our menus from French to English menus. IT IS A TRUE STORY. The restaurant is small and couple of the staff does not speak English. The only resone I will come back to this place is of I want to have a 3 hour dinner. My two star is for the beef.

The staff didn’t even welcomed us properly and was even surprised that we arrived 10mins earlier from our reservation time considering we are a group of 13 people. The waiter was rude and ignored us for most of our meal. We waited over an hour for our food, and it wasn’t even busy. The pasta was undercooked and tasted bland. The food was overpriced for what it was. I've had better meals for half the price elsewhere. I expected gourmet quality for the price, but it was just mediocre..

Great service and hospitality! Delicious food coming from real Italians and the legacy of Remigia, the mother of Mickaela (owner of the restaurant) that after 40ish years keeps on providing the best of the Italians flavors, just like her mother thought her! The carpaccio de poulpe it’s to die for and the cappelletti farcis au veau (the first one on the pic) had a very pleasant and yummy texture. Definitely on my favs restaurant in Paris since today 😍

If you find yourself wandering the charming streets of Paris, craving a taste of home amidst the plethora of restaurant options, look no further. Nestled in the heart of the city, this culinary gem provided us with an unforgettable dining experience that truly felt like a warm embrace.

As we step in the restaurant at first we were clueless of should we sit or wait for someone as we didn't find any server for 5mins, But as soon as the staff saw us they greeted us with smiles that immediately made us feel at ease.

Let's talk about the food – oh, the food! Every bite was a symphony of flavors that danced on our palates, leaving us utterly enchanted. As travelers accustomed to sampling various cuisines, it's rare to find a meal that truly resonates with the comfort of home. Yet, each dish at la famiglia exuded that unmistakable sense of familiarity and nostalgia, transporting us to a culinary haven where every bite felt like a warm embrace.

Whether it was the perfectly seasoned cod, the indulgent pasta dish, or the decadent dessert that left us weak in the knees, every aspect of the menu was a testament to the chef's skill and dedication to excellence. Each dish was crafted with care and attention to detail, resulting in a dining experience that surpassed our wildest...

I only post if I feel passionately about a place. Well this place is just waw!! My best friend and I visited Paris for the first time in April and wanted an exceptional food experience. We planned our trip for months and finally were in Paris. I am so happy I agreed with her after she said the photos of the food looked incredible. We walked in and at first I wasn't sure they would serve us because we did not have a reservation but when the gentleman greeted us it seemed that we could stay.

The atmosphere was comfortable and modern and the service from the restaurant team was attentive and comforting. From selecting the wine to dishes we were blown away by the quality and taste. It is quaint and a place you feel special.

I've experienced some of the best Italian food in San Diego such as IL Fornaio and Enoteca Buona Forchetta but LA Famiglia in Paris left me speechless.

If you want fine dining that is luxurious and most importantly the best food this is the place to visit. A hidden gem of...

Was excited to have a nice Italian meal while in Paris knowing we would be eating a lot of French food in the days that followed. We were seated by our host/waiter who showed no grace or decorum. There was one other American family there besides us and a French family came in later. We started with fried calamari which were like eating a worn tire, rubbery and chewy. I still had hopes for the homemade pasta. My meal was beyond el dente! If this were truly fresh pasta it would not have been so hard (uncooked). Fresh pasta does not take that long to boil! My husbands gnocchi was a disappointment as well. He said some were very good, others not so good at all! Not once did the waiter come over to check on us. He gave all his attention to the French group. Finally when he came to clear our plates, I let him know how disappointed we were in the meal. To his credit he offered us a tiramisu which was very good. Though as my husband said, they probably didn’t make it. Please, save your money and go...
