I am really upset because I've been coming to this pub for many years. And the service of last Saturday, the 9th of February, was really horrible. I am also american so I'm always hoping that the service is good, especially in a canadian pub, which it normally is.

We came to see a soccer game, a PSG game (we are in Paris), it was during the rugby 6 nations event so I understand that it was difficult to please everyone. Firstly, the bartender told us that she will put the game on a separate screen, that was 10 minutes before the game started. When it did start, she said that people were already watching a premier league game which started 40 minutes ago. So my friend and I were really upset because she told us to stay and wait and order drinks when she knew she could not put the game on. So basically lied to us so that we would order drinks.

After, we suggested that she put the PSG game when it was the end of the 6 Nations rugby game. The next game was going to be in 45 minutes, perfect for us to at least watch the first half of our game. She said no, I mean she really didn't want to find a solution for us. So instead of trying to please customers who came for a game she said and I quote "Go back to your house if you're not happy and watch the game there". So a few minutes later, we paid our beers (for nothing since we stayed 20 minutes) and then were out of the pub.

I am half american, service is really important for me and I've never been so badly treated in a canadian pub. I hope the manager will tell the bartender to never treat clients this way. By the way, my girlfriend is half canadian and was chocked when I told her...

Went here after the Olympics for a drink and the bartender was difficult and didn’t understand my order for a glass of ‘Sauvignon Blanc’. I understand I don’t speak French however I’d expect the bartender to know a basic drink especially during a peak hour during one of their busiest times of the year - the Olympics.

Anyways, he then got frustrated and started getting mad at me and called his security over and I just left as I didn’t need the drama.

I ended up accidentally leaving my phone on the bar, and so I went back the next day and a kind gentlemen who was opening there gave it back to me.

I was very grateful for his help but then when I looked at my phone the rude bartender from the previous night and used my phone to send me the below image - him and other people of the public giving me the finger. I understand this may be a ‘joke’ but I don’t think it is really acceptable behaviour in this day and age - hopefully the bartender takes a good look at himself and his behaviour because most people would lose their job for this. Again thanks for getting my phone back to me, but maybe in the future, bar staff should spend a little less time trying to insult paying customers, and instead a little more time trying to deliver...

We are from Vancouver Canada and saw this pub close to our hotel. Service: the waitress was not interested in her job at all. Forgot my beer I ordered and we had no water for half our time spent there. Food. My wife ordered at grilled chicken sandwich and she got a fried chicken sandwich. My first cheeseburger was in my opinion raw in the middle. Sent it back and I think I received the same burger cooked again Both burgers were dry and needed sauce on it. Mayonnaise ketchup mustard.

The fries were good but small portions. Maybe smaller plates? The atmosphere was nice and clean, but not too. Canadian had a couple hockey jerseys up but not all the Canadian teams. Maybe some newsprint from Canada on certain events. More Canadian items on the menu would be nice. Nanaimo bar would be a great addition. More Canadian beer if...

The guy in the picture he has no essential of customer service. I called him is it allowed to eat my own diet food with beer he said no and it’s acceptable but I went outside even not in the table of the store he sent someone to brought my trash and talked to me in a rude way . Also, he gave the vibe from the first step that he doesn’t want to serve anybody. It’s my last time to be here and I recommend to run away from this gang they r aggressive. They don’t even respect the customer they treat u like they r paying for u . Other bars have variety of choices and better customer service. Run away ……….!!!!!!!!
