Unsanitary and horrible service esp. if you don't speak French. I visited this place late in the evening around 10pm because of the great reviews. It took me 25 mins to get there from my hotel. I made a reservation but there is no need for it - very informal setting.

When I walked in, the waiter guided me to a table that hadn't been cleaned from the previous customers. I sat down and he cleared the table but he didn't wipe it down. Then he proceeded to setup my table, I stopped him and politely asked him to clean it first. He complied and wiped down the table in the direction that I am sitting, so crumbles went to my lap. He also left two glasses on the table. When he returned to take my order, I asked him to remove it but he ignored my request. I wasn't sure if it was for decoration but it was already on the table from previous guests and might not be clean. He was short and abrupt when I asked him about the menu items.

I ordered sparkling water for myself, he then brought me the largest and most expensive glass bottle of water ( usually reserved for two people and for highend clubs and fine dining. ). I had enough, so I got up and left. This waiter seems to be polite and friendly to other French people but was very unpleasant and...

Good taste but very unkind employee, especially the man on the tatoo. Never smile and explain. I will never visiting there again. I wan alone and ordered a glass of white wine first while looking their wired web site menu. The waiter asked "no food?!! " They never explained about their web menu system neither. I had to figure it out by myself. Maybe new customers are not welcome there. I ordered Buratta as a starter and Milanes as a main. Taste was good. after the meal, ordered "Tiramisu" and "Gourmet coffee" on their menu. but you know what, menu "gourmet coffee " serves "Tiramisu with espresso" Why dessert menu name “gourmet coffee “ comes with Tiramisu? so I had 2 Tiramisu,, OMG... They should have told me that I will have 2 Tiramisu when the waiter listened my order. who order 2 Tiramisu for 1 person. I had to pay via their web payment system via my cell phone. (they never told me other options.) The web payment asked 0.99euro of fee and lead me to pay 10% of TIP which I never wanted. Please DO NOT ASK 10% TIP IF YOUR PLACE IS JUST CAUSAL RESTAURANT. Your service wasn't good at all. There are many many better places in Paris. No worth to experience...

We had made reservations for dinner on a Saturday night. Upon arrival we were first asked to sit at a table that was half buried under the counter of the kitchen, not cool when you're 6'4" tall. We were then reluctantly moved to a table which was literally in front of the front door, which was wide open. The person who seated us pointed to the table and disappeared. Almost 10 minutes later, a waitress appeared and asked if we were ready to order. No drink requests, no offering of daily specials. When a group arrived after us at the adjoining table, they were promptly greeted by their server, offered drink menus, and were informed of the specials. It's a good thing the tip is built into the prices, because our server sucked. Not to be all down on them, the quality of the food was excellent, and was prepared quickly after we placed our order. If you are looking for ambience for a nice meal, I cannot recommend this as a choice, as it was very busy...

A very average Italian experience, in my opinion. Hats off to Mustafa, our server, who was patient, professional, and kind. The Milanese was well-executed and flavorful. The pasta, which was clearly fresh, was decent, though the tomato sauce didn’t particularly stand out. Additionally, the portion sizes were lacking, especially for the price—I was still hungry afterward. The pinze was good, though I’ve had better, and again, the price seemed high for the portion. I was also surprised by the extra €4.50 charge for a gluten-free pinza option, which felt excessive. Regarding the atmosphere, it was warm and inviting, but the heat inside was almost unbearable, with no ventilation. The space felt cramped, with too many tables squeezed in, and there was no place to hang our jackets. Overall, the price-to-quantity ratio could use improvement, along with minor adjustments to the table arrangement and air circulation for a more comfortable dining experience.

Love the vibe of this restaurant. Little disappointed with the service. Were not at the table less than two minutes before we were asked if ready to order. No help with the menu in terms of suggestions, etc or to develop any kind of repartee. Main dishes were amazing the risotto and the rigatoni with meatballs were delicious. Did not receive one visit from our waiter to see how the food was or any kind of follow up. We checked the online bill which was a cool way to pay through the code on the table. Noticed that he charged us for the water even though we asked for still & I did ask for the blonde beer but was given a Peroni instead & when questioned on my choice I was told that was the blonde (although the menu says otherwise) To recap-food, setting, ambiance? AMAZING Service-not at all good I’m sorry to say
