Maison Victoria — Restaurant in Paris

Very rude customer service! I had asked for a mix of salad and meat. Understandably she didn’t speak much English and I don’t speak much French. After I had confirmed multiple times that I wanted one meal she started packaging in 2 boxes making me pay an extra 18€. After dropping the potatoes in the pumpkin, she told me she can’t put it back since she already packaged it but didn’t seem to care when she was picking my potatoes out of the pumpkin mix she had dropped them in. Very easy problem to fix, and one of the rudest people I have ever met. She needs to learn better customer service, absolutely horrible woman and in no shape to be talking to customers. I understand it’s hard with 2 different languages but I asked for one meal and I should not expect to pay for 2 when she messed my order up. I come often to Paris. And I checked this place out. When I asked about specific things like a ham and cheese baguette or ham and butter. The very rude lady said they don't do cheese with ham. also. So when she did give me some sort of ham.baguette with pickle. It was tasty but not ham. I suspect that it is a more of Jewish bakery which is totally fine but should be marked kosher. Really tasty but can be pricey if you’re not familiar. Medium sized rice and medium sized caramel chicken cost me about 34EU. Good for 2 persons. I ate it for dinner and breakfast so in total, it was still convenient and money saver. So don’t get scared when you see the bill for medium sized container. Polite staff, clean and tidy.
