WORST PLACE IN PARIS I do not recommend anyone to come here. The rudest service in the planet, the workers and the manager (the one who's in charge there) is the most snobby, disrespectful and unprofessional person. Not welcoming, and no one never even smiles. They choose customers (if you're not french) and treat you like a slave. I've never seen this before, how can they keep this place running or manage it? Especially in Paris, touristic location. They don't even know how to speak to customers and barely no proper amount of english, on a grand touristic location? They don't know manners such as using the words, "please", "sorry", or "thank you". They say they don't accept reservations, but reserve seats for some of their selected customers or larger groups (which'll make them more money). Hours of wait for a table and once available and all of us sat down and they took our order, the manager decides to force us and move us from our table, cause he calculates who's gonna have a bigger bill at the end. The server got confused cause everything was alright. No one there even apologized or said sorry about this inconvenience, instead they watched us leave and laughed. They wasted hours of our time at evening hour. How is local services allowing this place to run under this attitude and customer service? They clearly have no education on how to behave towards customers. Their act was a nightmare, their voice tone is like they're yelling to a animal. Not just us, all of the customers inside the room had to leave, it basically felt like we were in some way all kicked out. He uses only hand movement. I also saw the kitchen and the hygiene and I wished I didn't see. The floors of the kitchen was filthy, the entire kitchen, hope they don't have any rodent problems cause here is Paris and their kitchen is very welcoming for them... Glad we got to eat somewhere else instead. The manager thinks he's the ruler of France so he can treat customers as such and move them from table to table after hours of wait. What a shame. Other people should save their precious time and money, don't ruin your experience or face shame. This place is unacceptable. 0 stars, 0...
Read moreWorst experience in the world. The manager is awfully rude and disrespectful towards customers, he doesn't even properly look at your face or care to speak with you, not polite or customer-friendly. He doesn't allow tourists to sit on the popular corner table. He thinks he owns a museum, whatever makes him snobby... Servers are poor in English and not welcoming. We was refused to be seated on the table we requested, and it was available. I think customers are being selected to their liking, and you must be French. The cleanliness of the kitchen is very questionable. I don't recommend it and it's a big waste of time. The whole complete management and staff must change.
My younger daughter extreme fan of Taylor Swift. I called for reservation same table where she sit, and surprise my 9 years daughter. They told me no reservations. We went to dinner, then the table was occupied. We waited around hour that the table will vacant, ordered the food. The room was almost empty. Eventually the family left the place and we took their place. Waiting for the food. Suddenly the manager approached like emergency, start to force us to move to another table, because the table reserved. My daughter started to cry, I told him we are not moving, them he become aggressive in front my daughter which makes her more hysteric cry. I void to escalate the situation because of her, we left. I back to see every 20-30 minutes to check , but the tables was empty. We could enjoy of the dinner twice...
