Best dinner we’ve had in Paris — better than a Michelin starred lunch we’d had. I’ve been here twice. Both times I’ve had the scallops (they’re just that good!) The scallops were delicious, the seasonal vegetables were different each time I came, and they go perfectly with the scallops. My husband had the risotto the first time, and then the doe stew the second. He thought the scallops were the best, then the stew was his second favorite. The crème brûlée with cardamom is different but so delicious! The service was great— the older gentleman who appears to be the owner seems so happy and proud and welcoming. Next we had a pork rib special the the daube of beef cheeks. Both were delicious. We finished with a little slice of Brillat Savarin with truffle paste. We had a very nice bottle of St Joseph. Friendly and helpful staff who are rightly proud of the standard of cooking and serves a range of traditional French dishes.
