We wandered into this place off the street without looking anything up beforehand and I couldn’t be happier about it. I really loved everything about this experience: food, drinks, decor and atmosphere, even the graphic design. It’s some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had outside of Thailand.
Service was excellent. I’m very sensitive to spicy food, but I really wanted to try the mikati red curry noodle soup; I told our server about my concern re: the spice and he didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. He suggested extra coconut milk as an accommodation so I could still eat the soup — but then I didn’t even end up needing it! The dish was perfect as-is. For reference, I also got the tom kha here and that, while delicious, was close to my upper limit for spice. But the mikati was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had, 0 spice accommodation needed. I’m literally still thinking about it a full 24 hours later & will miss it when I go back home to the USA. Cannot recommend this place highly enough to any fellow Thai food enjoyers in Paris.
