Le Sarah Bernhardt — Restaurant in Paris

Unfortunately, the worst restaurant we have ever been too in Paris. I have been coming to Paris 4/5 times a year for the last 7 years and have always had a positive experience.

Sadly this has been an incredibly poor experience. I was served chicken, upon checking this was still pink inside. The chicken was sent back, I received the same chicken rearranged on the plate and it was still pink.

I then requested an alternate meal. Which took a further 30 minutes to cook. After requesting the bill, no price reduction was made for the health hazard and inconvenience caused. We requested a reduction and were told this was not possible even though we had received terrible service. The staff swore at us to leave.

Fortunately I took pictures and know the Anses authority and this restaurant will be fully investigated and reprimanded for their dangerous actions. I would highly disagree with anyone wishing to...

We visited Le Sarah Bernhardt yesterday at the end of their breakfast time and were still able to order their breakfast menu. And it was absolutely fantastic! From the delicious food to the wonderful servers (Julie and David, you are the best!!!) down to the charming look of this place: it was a perfect experience! This restaurant seems to be a place where locals love to eat and the food was awesome. We ordered the French breakfast, an English breakfast and their Nutella crêpes. We stumbled upon this place on our way home from a concert at Saint Chapelle. We decided to stop in as it looked very inviting from the road. We were very surprised to read the other reviews after getting home tonight. Our servers were attentive and kind. The food we ordered, the vegetarian lasagne for myself and the duck confit for my husband were both delicious. We topped off our meal with the dessert selection of 3 desserts and espresso and were pleasantly surprised by both the size and flavours of the desserts. Our total bill was €45 which was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received. We would definitely recommend this...
