As I'm not very familiar with French cooking, I opted to trust the chef and went for the tasting menu, consisting of two appetizers, two mains and two desserts. What followed was an orgy of subtle flavors and textures that was a perfect farewell to my stay in Paris. I was sharing this experience with my wife, who was home in Canada, took the time to photograph and did my best to relate to her the waitress' descriptions of each dish. My apologies to the chef if some of the descriptions prove inaccurate, as I I'm certain that I have missed some of the details. Here are the dishes, in order of appearance: Rice cake with avocado mousse and edible flowers. Lobster cake in lobster bisque with tamarind and lightly steamed Italian zucchini. Deep fried egg with runny inside on a bed of locally sourced trumpet zucchini, summer truffles and hydroponic watercress. Tuna confit, shaved fennel, poached peaches, sweet pepper preserve and a dash of Mexican pepper sauce for a touch of heat. Black Angus Australian beef, blue, served with baby potatoes, oyster mushrooms, avocado puree, olives. Ganash, strawberries, Sicilian pistachio, meringue. Real vanilla bean ganash, whole vanilla bean ice cream, and almond-praline meringue. The waitress was exceedingly attentive and took the time to describe each dish in detail, explaining ingredients, origin and the cooking method, made me feel special, was very approachable and pleasant. The dishes followed one another at a perfect pace and I was introduced to the next one just as the memory of the pervious one faded away on my tongue. When I ordered I was warned that the full experience will take two hours and two hours on a dot it was, but it felt much shorter and the evening flew by in a haze of happiness. My only regret is that I didn't try the cheeses, but that gives me a reason to go back, this time with my wife, of course. A superb experience, highly...

We were very glad to have found this place on google maps, because even though it was very close to our hotel we would have not found it without it. It looks very humble on the outside, but it is a chef restaurant. We ordered the tasting menu, and tried a whole range of different foods (6 dishes in total). The hostess was wonderful, we felt very welcome, we got some interesting details about each dish we tried, and even about Paris. The restaurant has a wine cellar with a very big selection, and the wine we were recommended was excellent. It is a very recommended experience 😁 The tasting menu was...

I was searching for an elegant, spacious, quite, high-quality restaurant to celebrate my friend’s birthday and I found this one. It was an amazing experience for the creative and delicious food also the services. The madam is from Malaysia originally so for me, it was very nice to know the dishes and the story in English. The sir is really professional to test our champaign to make sure the taste of it good. The young and talented chef worked with Alain Ducasse who is well known French chef, and now he is leading chef here.

I have no more words to describe my experience and memory here. Highly...
