The food was honestly pretty good and my favourites personally were the duck hearts(got 2 orders of them) but I don’t understand why the first serving was with 8 hearts of varying sizes and the second serving we ordered was 9 hearts that were pretty evenly sized and honestly pretty big, not complaining but why was the amount different? Besides that I really enjoyed the Croquette de brandade de morue and the ris de veau. The truffle arancini honestly tasted nothing of truffle, like absolutely no taste of truffle whatsoever, the scrambled eggs with truffle was good but honestly why the salad on top? Escargot was alright, it seemed like multiple tiny escargot than one entire one, and lacked salt. The scallops were good. The duck presentation was nothing like what was shown online, and neither like this. I arranged it like this myself at the table, it was served just cut and skin side up, didn’t matter too much but the pepper sauce was good. What honestly bothered me was that some of the fries had green edges to them, even though solanine can be ridden off through frying, it wasn’t the most pleasant thing to see being served at a restaurant. Cheese is not my thing so I won’t comment on it but the desserts were pretty good, I liked the brioche and it was a good experience. Few things I didn’t like too much was that with the appetisers you’re honestly eating it with an awkwardly tiny fork, and the seatings are pretty low and throughout the meal I’m struggling to find a comfortable position for my feet. If I ever come back I would probably opt for the bar. But for being a wine bar, the food is great with a great wine menu but unfortunately I don’t drink so I was just there for the food. In short, it was a good experience and food...

5 stars for the food. Very interesting flavor combinations. Our favorite was the arancini of crustacean, scampi and rouille sauce, look at the pictures of the inside of the arancini ball to see how creamy, and the taste was lit! Then the tuna tartare with its wasabi ice cream, so refreshing for a summer day. Duck heart was also very tasty, such a simple dish executed to perfection. The sweetbread turned out to be the only dish we didn’t like because it’s a bit overcooked to our liking. Overall, the food was really from a star Michelin chef in the form of a wine bar, tapas bistro.

We didn’t find the service and ambiance very warm or welcoming though. Hence the 4 stars overall. But if trying new food/flavors is your thing, this restaurant is...

Unless you’re ready to treat your email and phone like a hotline on the day of your reservation, think twice before booking. I made a dinner reservation a week in advance. But because I missed a phone call at 1:50 PM — during work hours — the restaurant canceled my reservation without any follow-up. When we arrived, we were told there was no table for us.

This is the first time I’ve encountered such a policy. Most places confirm closer to the actual dining time, not hours in advance, and certainly don’t treat a missed call as grounds for cancellation.

We traveled quite a distance, only to leave hungry. A very...

We came in for lunch at 1pm on a weekday and were seated right away! We tried the onion soup, escargot, and beef bourguignon. Every dish we had was 10/10. And the service was fantastic. One of our six escargot was empty and they brought us another one which was very kind! Highly recommend this spot for a warm cozy environment and delicious food in Montmartre.
