Our first visit to Braisenville last autumn was nothing short of extraordinary. We chose this cozy yet refined restaurant to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect setting for a memorable evening. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warm hospitality, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between casual comfort and high-class dining.
The food? Simply outstanding. Each dish was not only delicious but also thoughtfully crafted, with a level of refinement that elevated the entire dining experience. The flavors were exquisite, and the wine selection was equally impressive—every glass complemented the meal beautifully. The desserts, in particular, were a revelation: bold, creative, and a true testament to culinary artistry.
One of the highlights of our visit was discovering a natural wine that we instantly fell in love with. We were so captivated by its taste that we made it our mission to track it down for home enjoyment—and we succeeded. Personally, I believe that dining out should offer something beyond what I can create in my own kitchen, and at Braisenville, that’s exactly what you get: dishes that surprise, delight, and showcase a level of skill and creativity that is truly inspiring.
Our experience was so exceptional that we recently returned—and without a doubt, we will be back again on our next trip to Paris. While the pricing may not be the lowest, it is absolutely justified by the quality of the food, the service, and the overall experience. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely kind and welcoming, and the clientele reflects the same warm and pleasant energy.
If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers a unique, high-quality dining experience without feeling overly formal, Braisenville is the place to be. Enjoy, everyone—this one...
Read moreThe potatoes bravas were good and Karim is one of the friendliest we’ve met. But The steak is the worst steaks I’ve ever paid for. It first came out almost blue so we asked it to be recooked to at least medium rare. When we got it back The steak was so tough we couldn’t cut it. And there was so much silver skin and connective tissue it was inedible. Wish we were able to say something but I didn’t want to be negative towards karim who was so good to us. We just left the steak, paid almost $100usd and left.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the quality of the meat and the lack of care in preparing it were unacceptable, especially given the price. I can’t help but to guess they gathered leftover cheapest cut of 800grams of meat and served it to us. This was a ruined dining experience during my trip to France. I hope the restaurant takes this...
Read moreOne of the best restaurant in the 9th arrondissement in paris. We were a little concern when we arrived at 8:30pm, as there wasn’t many people, however there were many people arriving within the next half an hour, so don’t worry if you saw the empty restaurant when you arrive 😉.
The dishes were delicious and well presented with flowers, so pretty.
We had white ham with truffle, egg 63c as appetisers, love the ham and truffle so much, the truffle doesn’t cover the ham flavour at all, instead it works super well together!
I had smoked eel and foie gras for main and it’s such a good surprise! It comes in a liquid soupy form but the combination is unexpected! My friends had the prawn and the steak, they both said it’s yummy!
Friendly staff, good service, modern interior, causal and relax atmosphere which make you enjoy...
