Iâm trying my best to stay fair with this review, but unfortunately it is not going to be a good one. At my first appointment I was sent away being told that they didnât schedule in enough time for what I want to be done, although we had discussed before what I plan to do on top of the purchased coupon (when I did the appointment). My first impression was a pretty stressful atmosphere, none of the staff smiling and a missing friendliness. At my actual appointment it was not any better. I brought photos of the cut and coloration Iâd like to have and pointed out I need some suggestions to find the right colour match. After explaining to the first girl what was the plan, I was taken over by another, having to explain all over. The choice of cut and color was up to my taste they said. What I want to say is that they didnât take the time to make a thorough suggestions and listen to my desires and concerns. I was treated by 5 different people in turns, which is not a problem to me, just that the result became far from what I had intended, and maybe the missing dedication played a role here. I went for an even ombre blond with highlighted fronts. The result looked like very uneven blond highlights with one side way more blond and the other side very stripy, as with a common highlight technique. The only âgoodâ thing is that a good amount of the coloration faded away already after the first wash. Bottom line is that this salon clearly seems to value quantity in handling customers over quality. It was simply not good value for money. And I had to pay a significant surplus (besides the purchased Groupon Coupon) to obtain the result which I didnât get. If you are going for a simple cut and coloring maybe it is an ok choice for you, but I wouldnât recommend this salon if you have some uncertainties and donât want to take any risks. Overall, I felt not welcomed and being taken care of. I would have wished for at least some smiles and a friendly service attitude which went missing in the rush of handling multiple customers. I usually leave a hair dresser appointment feeling refreshed, but this experience was exhausting. I canât add this salon to the list of my trusted hair dressers in Paris, sorry. All the best for the future nonetheless.

Je suis allĂ© pour un ombre blond avec des fronts en surbrillance. Le rĂ©sultat ressemblait Ă des reflets blonds trĂšs inĂ©gaux avec un cĂŽtĂ© beaucoup plus blond et lâautre trĂšs rayĂ©, comme avec une technique mĂšches. La seule «bonne» chose est qu'une bonne partie de la coloration s'est dĂ©jĂ estompĂ©e aprĂšs le premier lavage.    Read moreI was vacationing in Paris and really needed a haircut and color so I found this salon close to my hotel. I made an appointment online for 12:30pm. Maybe a couple of hours before my appointment David messaged me to tell me the colorist was sick and would I like to reschedule. I rescheduled for the following day at 5pm. That day David again messaged me to tell me the colorist was sick and had to cancel my appointment without offering any alternatives. My hotel was down the block from the salon and I would passed by it on both those days. I was definitely confused to see clients getting hair colored with foil and all. I was very disappointed that David blatantly lied and basically just didnât want to attend to me. I must say Paris has definitely left me with a bad taste...

I've come out with a much darker, different color of red. The ambiance was very unprofessional, there were trainees standing around doing very little. One would start blow-drying my hair, then another would take over. It was obvious they did not know how to blow dry hair properly.
