Les Quais — Restaurant in Paris

We loved this place so much, we ate there more than 3X while vacationing in Paris. Our waiter was super friendly and down to earth. The prices are slightly lower than others around the Bastille area. But more importantly, the quality of the food is amazingly fresh and delicious. What more can one ask for ? I highly recommend this restaurant to eat or just for a casual coffee or drink. You'll often find lots of Parisiens go there after work (which says a lot in my opinion). I suggest you go earlier (earlier than the typical French supper time). We would usually go between 5pm or 8pm and never had a problem with availability. But after 10pm, it night be full. A definite good choice restaurant if you happen to be around the Bastille area. Les Quais restaurant is a 3 minute walk from the Bastille metro station and the Quai de la Rapée metro station as well...

This is a cute little neighborhood spot for the locals. We came here to try the menu formule, and the service was very helpful in walking us through the options. This is definitely not the fanciest place in Paris, but they will treat you right. Aside from the larger menu, they also have a variety of sandwiches if you need a quicker meal.
