I recently had the pleasure of dining at Da Franco, and I must say—it was nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish was a celebration of authentic French flavors, executed with elegance and passion. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance transported me to a cozy bistro in the heart of Paris—warm, inviting, and effortlessly chic. Jad and his staff are very humble and generous, even with our little one we did not feel any pressure to eat quickly.
The food? Absolutely divine. Each course was a masterpiece. The appetizers were delicately prepared, bursting with flavor and perfectly portioned. The main course was the star of the evening—rich, beautifully plated, and cooked to perfection. And don’t get me started on the dessert—decadent, indulgent, and the perfect sweet note to end the meal.
The service was impeccable too. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the cuisine, which made the experience all the more memorable.
If you’re craving authentic French cuisine that hits all the right notes, Da Franco is a must-visit. I’m already looking forward to...
Read moreThe food was fresh and delicious. The space felt welcoming and like a neighborhood restaurant. The location was great too, since I was staying at the Hyatt across the street from Da Franco and decided to visit based on the reviews.
The older gentleman who greeted me was very courteous and friendly.
I was served by a young lady who was gracious and friendly. I was glad it was her who served me because of what happened next.
One thing that tainted the experience of such an amazing restaurant was one of the young man working there who kept asking customers to scan a card to give Google reviews to the establishment.
I found it a bit cringeworthy and unnecessary to ask customers to rate you, especially since the restaurant already has a convincing number of reviews. Genuine compliments are much better than those forced out of someone.
The real focus should be on providing an excellent customer experience, and the stunning reviews will...
Read moreDa Franco restaurant has been transformed in the last three months by its new owner. Having spent the better part of a month in Italy last year, I can tell you that finding this Italian gem in Paris was a wonderful surprise. The burrata, arugula, pesto and tomato starter was divine. We had two different pastas, and the saffron crayfish tail fettuccine hit the mark. The interior of the restaurant is bright and cozy, and there's a small outside alfresco dining area. The wait staff are professional and efficient. The owner is extraordinarily helpful with guidance on the menu items. We were way too full for dessert but we were offered a small digestif of Grappa or Limoncello, which we gladly accepted. It was the perfect end to a marvelous dinner. I only wish we had more time in Paris to come back and try some different dishes. I'd encourage you to try out the NEW Da Franco and see...
