Mannie — Restaurant in Paris

I had an amazing culinary experience at Mannie yesterday! I took the Broco mania burger, the cauliflower wings and also tasted the kimchi Everything was so tastfull, the mix of textures and the balance of the tastes of all ingredients are just perfect (and I'm not vegetarian!) I also shared a cookie and carrots cake with my friend and what to say... I wish I had taken another one of each for takeaway! The restaurant is very cute, the service fast and agreeable, and the overall atmosphere feels very well thought of I also really liked that all produce are seasonal and the menu changes regularly. Can't wait for my next stop to Paris to try...

Sur les conseils de Jordan, nous avons choisi de découvrir ce restaurant pour la première fois, et ce fut une expérience au-delà de nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis dans un cadre chaleureux et élégant, où chaque détail semble avoir été pensé pour créer une atmosphère conviviale et apaisante. On se sent instantanément à l’aise, comme si l’on arrivait chez des amis.

Les produits proposés sont d’une qualité remarquable, à la fois frais et savamment travaillés pour sublimer chaque saveur. Chaque plat témoigne d’un réel souci d’excellence, tant dans la présentation que dans les goûts, où authenticité et modernité se marient parfaitement.

Côté service, rien à redire : l’équipe est jeune, souriante et incroyablement attentive. Elle est toujours disponible sans jamais être envahissante, et montre un véritable souci du bien-être des clients, ce qui ajoute une belle touche humaine à l’expérience. On sent une passion commune à offrir bien plus qu’un repas : un véritable moment de plaisir.

Et que dire des desserts ? Le cookie, en particulier, est une révélation. Fondant, gourmand, tout simplement divin. Une touche sucrée qui clôture un repas déjà mémorable sur une note parfaite.

This little restaurant is excellent! The vegetarian menu contains dishes made from seasonal vegetables. This makes you feel that it is fresh and homemade, while being extremely comforting.
