This is a updated review for Le Directeur that replied to my comment. Please note that I have called the number you mentioned daily since early July .I have also sent numerous emails with absolutely no response from La Poste. Iâve also went to the poste near the Lourve and this is where I was turned away and no one knew anything or thatâs what I was told.    Read moreGHISLAIN was my hero today At LA POSTE LOUVER ! I went to mail a gift to a friend in the UK and I am aware of the many bad reviews and warnings regarding French postal services and staff attitude ..however, upon my arrival I was welcomed and asked by Mr GHISLAIN if I need help ? I explained what I wish to do and despite the language barriers English VS French .. he immediately started to handle my request and trying his maximum efforts to make me a happy customer .. he was handling many customers including me at the same time and every time he comes back to me he apologizes cause he left me unattended .. this man is a real true example shows how services could be offered efficiently and with a smile and welcoming manners .. I really appreciate all his efforts and I thought he deserves to be thanked and mentioned on public. IF YOU GO THERE JUST ASK FOR HIM#THANK YOU...

When I informed someone more senior he said he would bring this up with the person involved but that these were âplaisanteriesâ and ended up having to explain why this was inappropriate to him. Disappointed all round by these interactions, especially in one of the largest branches of the Poste in one of the most international cities...
