DO NOT GO! I’m 60, have been to Paris many times, and never expected to be bullied by a team of servers in a restaurant. I have never experienced anything even close to this kind of treatment outside of a college frat party. The place is attractive and it felt good to find a small table in the bar area after a long day. We waited a long time, hoping one of the servers would take our order, but we were seemingly invisible. Lots of fun for the little boys to see how long we’d wait before leaving, I suppose. We finally appealed to the kind bartender to get us some dinner. Sadly, some of the kitchen staff was in the bar getting drunk after their shift and when one of them started to cough up a lung, I probably made a face because that’s just gross. That’s when the game of “let’s ignore these patrons” devolved into outright bullying. Several of the servers simultaneously mocked us by covering their faces, pretending to cough and laughing hysterically. It’s almost impossible to imagine such unprofessional behavior in a city that takes service so seriously. I am sure that if we’d been seated in the main dining room this would never have happened — they would have been ashamed to be so rude in the presence of other diners. As we left the restaurant, I realized that we had actually been bullied by these man babies. One of the waiters who had done such a bang up job ignoring us stood at the door with a smarmy smirk plastered on his face. Stunned is the word. Needless to say, I suggest you find another place to spend your...

I rarely write negative reviews, but I cannot stay silent about this experience. We visited [restaurant name] and were extremely disappointed with the level of service.
From the very beginning, the waitress simply forgot about our order. A significant amount of time passed, and customers who arrived after us were already served their dishes. Only after I raised the issue were we finally brought our first drinks. Instead of an apology, we were told that the waitress was stressed.
A few minutes later, we were served wine, but this did nothing to improve the situation. Our dishes only arrived an hour and ten minutes after we placed the order. When we finished eating, the dirty plates were not cleared, and we waited another 30 minutes for the second course. Eventually, I lost patience, paid the bill, and left. It turned out that the waitress hadn’t even placed the order for our second dishes with the kitchen.
I am usually very understanding and patient, especially when it comes to stressed staff, but this level of negligence and disregard for customers is beyond acceptable. The food, by the way, did not make up for the experience — the long wait and the overall attitude left such a bad impression that I will not be returning.
I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. The service is terrible, the staff is clearly overwhelmed, and management seems to have no control over the...

(1) Locations: (9/10) Great location,,, few steps from Saint Honore,,, just at the corner of Rue de Louvre and Rue Coquilliére, where many Bistros and Brassieres are around.
(2) Escargots/ Snails (9/10) It’s typical in French cuisine, but the taste from place to another is different. Here they make it really good, better than many other places around the city..
(3) Onion Soup (10/10) Well seasoned soup, crispy on top, cheesy, and you can live the french experience very clearly… I had it in different other places, but they weren’t convincing compared to this one.. It felt more authentic besides it was so delicious.
(4) Burger 🍔 (9/10) It would be a shame if I see any score below 9… We may not like the fact they didn’t ask how we like the meat cooked (it was made Medium), yet it was fresh, juicy and delicious.. One of best burgers we ever had in our travels. The pickles lifted flavors to another level. The cheese was only part of the experience not overwhelming where the bun was soft and worked very well with their sauce and veggies they added.
(5) Baguette (4/10). served on the table.. I can’t lie, it tasted like those commercial bread you eat anywhere else in the world… It’s far from authentic french bread, at least in my opinion.
(6) Service (6/10) Although they were nice, yet very slow.
We saw chickens being roasted, so we will come back for sure to...
