I felt very sorry for the head waitress who is single handedly keeping this place afloat (just) and was let down by her very incompetent colleagues. Waited 20 minutes for x2 coffees (which were sat there for 15 minutes) and they both arrived cold and were undrinkable. Told the most incompetent waitress that my coffee was cold, and she simply took it away and didn’t even offer to make another one and just stood there. I would recommend that each staff member be assigned x1 role each to give some focus and order to this place. The eggs were grainy and separated. The ‘toast’ it was served with was the end piece of a loaf of rye bread cut in half. We ordered bacon on the side that was burnt along with the sausages it was served with. Overall everything seemed to be either extremely poorly cooked or prepared in a micro oven. I have worked in restaurants for 5 years and have had a dishwasher prepare better eggs. I simply could not bring myself to eat them according to taste or texture. Truly one of not the worst breakfast I have ever had. I cannot recommend and maybe instead would like to warn the next person to not waste their time or money. Service: Horrible. The front desk lady was extremely rude to me - She told me to sit upstairs and I found a spot without a Reserved sign but when she saw me sitting there, she scolded me that “she had already told me twice where to sit” and told me it was another floor up. There was no need for this attitude and I suspect she treated me this way because I was a foreigner who didn’t speak French. Food: Mediocore. I ordered the Egg in a Hole dish and while it was aesthetically pleasing, it looked and tasted like something I could have made at home.
