I did not eat at this lovely restaurant, but I will go back next week to repay them for their kindness. I was without Wi-Fi and I needed to pay a cab driver. I went to the bank where there was no Wi-Fi, and I was reluctant to ask this lovely restaurant if I could use their Wi-Fi without sitting down to eat. I had not even ask but one person and all of a sudden one of the lovely gentlemen just walked outside gave me the password and allowed me to use their Internet so that I could get money transferred into my bank account to pay my cab driver who is quite angry with me. Anyone that is this kind you know the restaurant has got to be the best. I’m not sure of your name but I just wanted to tell you thank you and if you have that type of people working for you not only are you...

Rude from the outset of our visit, pointed us in the direction of a table before deciding to move us to another table, simultaneously rolling their eyes as if we were at fault. Secondly, french may not be our language but the waitresses insistence to correct our pronunciation in a condescending manner was definitely not appreciated. Thirdly, food was mediocre at best, and 5 minutes for food to appear on the table doesn't exactly scream fresh. For myself personally, €8.50 for reheated food doesn't seem worth it.

My recommendation, if you want pretentious average food, this is the...

Nice please, good vine/food Nonetheless, I have to admit I was quite stupefied to be invoiced of 6 bottle of vino blanco while we drank only 4 of them (which remains a good performance since we were only 3 to achieve it). I did not challenge the bill at the moment since I was enjoying a very good time with @adeledrd, @giacolo (yes quite surprising regarding the line-up) & his friend (hello Julia, hope to see you in a parisian techno party soon :) ), but I will challenge for sure a friend decision if he wants to come back there. All the best for the future...

We were recommended to visit Cafe Lézard by a friend in Australia and were really impressed by the standard of the food and service of the cafe. The service especially was fantastic, our server was great at interpreting my bad french and made sure our kids were looked after. The cafe has great food, my steak was also excellent value for money, making it a great place for those travelling from countries outside the EU. In a great spot only a short walk from key Paris destinations, definitely a cafe I’d recommend to visit.

[We were looking for somewhere to escape from the rain for a moment, and we were lucky enough to spot the twinkling lights of Lézard Café just a few metres down the road. I love the atmosphere and the decor, it's sort of like a greenhouse with nice views for watching the rain and the people in the street, great for feeling cosy and warm inside. The service is relaxed and friendly. We had an Irish coffee, a hot chocolate with Bailey's, and a "grog" (watered down rum with lemon and spices) for my Dad - he loved the black teapot, and said he felt very Dickensian drinking grog on a rainy afternoon! It was a short visit, but if I'm ever in Paris again, I would really like to come back here.]

One of the best bistros in the neighborhood, always a good looking crowd, the food is always fresh because it’s always busy and the menu is small enough to make sure everything they serve is spot on. The Crispy Chicken Burger is my personal favorite. One of my favorite chicken sandwiches and that’s saying a lot from a New Yorker. Definitely a good spot to relax and enjoy yourself with a nice glass of wine.
