De plus en plus cher et de plus en plus fade malgré que les gâteaux rétrécissent continument. Lors de ma dernière commande, en cette période d’épidémie, j’ai reçu dans une boite déjà utilisée un sachet de croquant ouvert. Après ma réclamation, le service client m’a proposé de retourner les émiettes reçus au lieu des biscuits pour avoir un remboursement ! Aucun respect pour le client. Pour résumer : الاسم العالي والمربط الخالي. Dommage qu'on ne peut pas mettre 0/5 pour cette pâtisserie grossière qui se dit fine.

Je vous ai envoyé une photo en réponse à votre proposition de retourner les produits mais vous n'avez pas répondu à mon émail. D'ailleurs la boite était déjà utilisée et le croquant était dans un sachet déjà déchiré.
