The worst restaurant ever, and that for Paris! During our first time to Disneyland Paris, this restaurant was the first we went to eat on the first day in Paris city.

First, we waited a long time to get a table and even a chair to sit down, like almost 20 minutes for a chair while standing at the table. Then finally we all sat down, it took long before we got a waiter to order. And the waiters, even the manager (a born in Paris Spanish guy) already were not that kind. It was crowded in the restaurant, so very busy for them, but still that shouldn't be the reason to be rude.

Secondly, after we got the food, the meat looked still raw and we asked a waiter to have it well done as that was already the order request. Again, being rude like we asked something impossible and we were just annoying them it seemed. The worst part was, I had fish salad with the fish separated from the salad, after finishing the fish I started with the salad, and then I noticed a hair right next to the salad. In the beginning I was hungry after waiting that long for the food and was only paying attention to the fish to eat it and didn't notice the hair strand.

Immediately, I called the waiter and showed him the plate with the hair (it was blond, and I have dark hair). You know what he did, he just removed the hair strand with his hand and left the plate. As if I'm now going to eat it! He didn't offer another plate, just left and didn't come back anymore. So I then called the Spanish manager and explained him the matter, he as well did like nothing important happened. So I demanded a new salad as I didn't get to eat the salad. He seemed like he didn't care either and said rudely, you were almost done eating, you eat the fish already. I was like: what!!! This is Paris, how is this happening here. Normally a restaurant anywhere in the world would offer you your whole order for free, which I didn't asked or give you a new plate which is what I asked, a new salad. I mean if I'm paying for something I want to have it be worthed. So he agreed to give me my salad to go, as we were leaving.

So bad service, bad hygiene and they never apologized for the food. Won't never go to this restaurant again, don't recommend...

DO NOT EAT HERE! This was the most disgusting meal I have ever had in my entire life, no exaggeration. My family and I saw how many people were inside and thought it must be a good place but we were so wrong. First off, why do you have 50 tables in a space that can only reasonably fit half, IF that. But that could be overlooked if the food had not been utterly disgusting. The “beef”’we were served was inedible. Who knows what that even was. We could not even pierce it with a fork, it was bouncy and gelatinous but tough and impossible to chew. I swear the one and only bite I took I had to chew for 2 minutes straight and ended up giving up and spitting it out. Honestly I should’ve realized when they didn’t even ask us how we wanted the meat cooked. Red flag.

My mother ordered filet mignon and received pork, to which we asked the manager himself about and he gaslit my mother and said that in France filet mignon = pork, not beef, like we’re stupid or something. The manager is a clown and very obviously not a good person because when our waitress came back, she had tears in her eyes when none of this is her fault and it’s just horrible disgusting food. Who knows what he said to her but he seems like he exploits these people when he’s the one to blame.

I could go on and on but I’ll leave it at this: the food it’s disgusting and questionable, I doubt it’s even the meat they say it is, it’s FILTHY, and the manager is a jerk.

He said he was going to comp us for one plate and he thought he was slick and just printed out a new receipt thinking we wouldn’t see it. The ONLY reason we just let it go is because the waitress was clearly the one that was going to get in trouble for it and...

I had a truly terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a dozen oysters, and several of them were clearly rotten—they smelled awful, and some even had black dirt and grime inside the shells. What really shocked me was that the oyster meat wasn’t even attached to the shell, almost like they had bought frozen oyster meat and just placed it on empty shells after defrosting. It was so unappetizing and completely unacceptable for a seafood restaurant.

On top of that, the staff didn’t seem to understand what oysters are supposed to be like, and they had absolutely no idea what an oyster fork was!!!!!!We tried to talk to them in both English and French(my girlfriend is french )but no one understood us at all. When we asked for a little bit more lemon for the oysters (they only gave us a one-eight piece for twelve!), they brought out a slice of cocktail lime instead. The service was not just unhelpful, but actually rude and dismissive, as if they didn’t care about anything we were saying at all!!!!!!!

After eating, I got seriously sick—intense stomach pain and vomiting multiple times. I’m certain it was food poisoning from the oysters. When we tried to tell the staff, they showed no concern whatsoever, just insisted that we pay, and acted like it was our fault. The worst part was seeing them take the oysters we had complained about, simply put them on a new plate, and serve them to the next table!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly, I would never recommend this place to anyone. The food safety is non-existent, the hygiene is horrible, and the staff are disrespectful. I honestly hope no one else has to go through what I did. It’s not a french restaurant at...
